Communication Representative  

LOCATION: Dammam - Eastern Province  - Saudi Arabia 

DEPARTMENT: COMMUNICATIONS 

What You’ll Do

• Support and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels.
• Create engaging content, including articles, videos, presentations, digital materials and campaigns to promote key initiatives and services.
• Coordinate communication activities for events and exhibitions.
• Measure impact through KPIs, surveys, and feedback tools, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality communication solutions.

 Who You Are

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• +2 years of relevant experience in corporate or internal communications in KSA.
• Experience in industrial or energy environments is an advantage.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and working independently.
• Willing and able to travel independently across the KSA Eastern Region as required.

 Language Skills

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Bilingual, C1 English Level
