LOCATION: Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi - Utd.Arab Emir.

Job Description
Purpose
Coordinates the administrative activities of the subsidiary, issues financial statements, ensures adherence to legal and tax requirements, meets tax liability payments, prepares the budget, ensures the availability of funds and meets payments to suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
Provides information required by regulatory authorities in order to comply with legal and fiscal requirements.
Complies with Tenaris and local accounting requirements.
Prepares and file VAT and Corporate tax returns according to current laws and regulations.
Maintain cashflow for Tenaris legal entities.
Performs monthly closing activities including bank reconciliations, provisions, review of balance sheet, profit and loss etc.
Coordinate external statutory and internal audits.
Coordinate for ICV certification process.
Maintain and renew Company licenses such as production license, trade license and chamber of commerce etc.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area...
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related studies.
3-5 years’ experience in Tax, Accounting and Finance
Good English skill is mandatory both verbal and written
Experienced in SAP
Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, good communication skills, service oriented.
