Title:  Field Services Dispatcher 1

Description: 

PURPOSE

Supervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling the execution of activities in accordance with the established service program, issuing management reports about the rendered service, and ensuring suppliers'  assistance.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

• Ensures supplier's assistance verifying performed tasks, controlling suppliers' invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
• Reports about the rendered service, performance progress and occurred inconveniences. Participates in the management's report, submitting indicators' analysis results.
• Ensures accurate short-medium term forecast and availability of resources. 
• Ensures job documents, PO's,are valid as per customer requirements to insure smooth invoicing 
• Ensure all jobs dispatched as per procedure PRD17306, jobs are loaded correctly in planner with zero backlog 
• handle logistics from/to the rig site of FISE team  
• Follow up FISE collection with Agent/collection team 
• Ensures FISE team passes/certificates are valid and renewed on time
• Ensures FISE team PPE/Tools or any other requirements are met and are in stock
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Level of Education: University
Specialization / Career: Engineering
Ideal range of previous working experience: 3 - 5 years
Industry/Company/Position: Oil and Gas
English Language: High / Advanced
Other Language: Arabic can be a plus
