Title:  LOGISTICS SENIOR ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main accountabilities:

1. Logistics: Inbound coordination of Port to Yard leg including custom clearance, duty exemption, port operations, logistic supplier management, offloading at ADSC in coordination with warehouse team.

2. Procurement: tendering, award and supplier management and certification of supplier invoices for all ADSC purchases

3. Service Yard Cost & Budget: Monitoring and reporting of service yard cost, propose saving initiatives and full budget exercise of service yard cost and logistics.

4. B2O: Assists on those requests for quotations received from Tenaris CFE defined as complex, analyzing requirements, and providing advisory to CFE in all the topics considered critical related to the complexity of the offer: logistics, deliveries, business scheme, with the objective of securing the fulfillment of what it is offered and anticipate potential problems that might appear during the execution of the business.

5. Collaborates on the fulfilment of purchase orders as required.

6. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

7. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
