We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Warehouse Shift Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team during assigned shifts. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Supervise inbound and outbound product movements, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
• Ensure products are accurately received, inspected, recorded, and stored in designated warehouse locations.
• Monitor shipment preparation and dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to requirements.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage shift resources to meet daily operational targets.
• Promote and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and support corrective actions to minimize risks.
• Participate in HSE initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and operational excellence projects.
• Ensure the safe operation and use of lifting equipment and material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and transactions within the Warehouse Management System (SAP).
• Communicate operational performance, issues, and shift handovers effectively with management and other teams.
• Support inventory accuracy, housekeeping standards, and overall warehouse organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Working experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and schedules as required by the operation.
