Emergency Maintenance Supervisor  

 

LOCATION: Ambridge - Pennsylvania  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS 

 

 
Purpose
 
Minimize the impact of equipment failures on production by ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely execution of maintenance activities. Support equipment availability and reliability with a primary focus on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
 
Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections on electrical, instrumentation, and control system equipment in operation
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical and instrumentation systems during production and scheduled interventions
  • Diagnose electrical and instrumentation failures and implement corrective actions
  • Support root cause analysis of electrical, control, and instrumentation breakdowns
  • Ensure application of HSE standards; report incidents, perform inspections, and support investigations
  • Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation in maintenance management systems
  • Coordinate maintenance activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems with internal teams and vendors
  • Guide and support maintenance personnel during electrical and instrumentation interventions
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance focused on electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Experience leading or coordinating maintenance teams or technicians in daily operations
  • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, sensors, and electrical troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of control systems and industrial environments
  • Experience using maintenance management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams
  • Working knowledge of HSE standards in manufacturing environments
