VERIFICATION & CONTROL INSPECTOR I I - TBSP  

LOCATION: Baotou - Inner Mongolia  - China 

DEPARTMENT: QUALITY 

1. Monitor and expedite each single step of Baotou Steel’s PE/CS supply to both TBSP and TQSP to guarantee on time delivery and proper quality control.
2. Collect daily quality issue and first hand production information during TPI process and share with related team timely.
3. Confirm TBSP raw material quality issue and feedback to Baotou steel, push and follow up the corrective/preventive actions.
4. Coordinate regular raw material quality meeting with Baotou steel.
5. Qualify TBSP Thread inspector according to HR Global min. requirements.
6. Technical support on TBSP gage preparation to meet production/CIQ requirements.
7. Coordinate gauge operator and Veri. team to fulfil requirement of production and onsite quality control.
8. Work on TBSP Veri/Gage room in urgent case.
9. Support CIQ/onsite support when necessary.
10. Other job arranged by Quality senior manager and TBSP general manager.
