Maintenance Planner (Contracts) - Bay City, TX

Purpose:

Manages maintenance planning and control activities, including preparing standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. Keeps manpower and service contracts up to date, defines the scope of work, and coordinate with Procurement on contracts and bid processes, support the invoice proccess. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and controls technical specifications and requirements for maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with user needs.
• Manages and updates the maintenance information system, keeping record of the information related to his/her area.
• Create new contracts as needed and manage the distribution of internal versus external contractors
• Manage invoices from contractors by ensuring timely processing, accurate record-keeping, and alignment with contractual terms.
• Engage in long-term planning, noting that contracts typically last 2 years. Monitor consumption, oversee SES creation, follow up on payments, and compare actual consumption against forecasts.
• Manages and updates the maintenance information system, keeping record of the information related to his/her area.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Knowledge Required:

• Microsoft Excel (Data Mangement, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• SAP PM & MM (Material Management)
• Microsoft Suite (outlook, excel, word)
• Power BI (basic knowledge with willigness to learn more)
