MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

• Assess training and development needs for the Region's employees by coordinating the Annual Training Plan and collaborating with the Development department. 
• Act as training advisor to line managers, helping identify training needs and suggesting the appropriate content. 
• Design, organize and implement global Tenaris school courses with line management support. 
• Develop, apply and share knowledge management techniques. 
• Support new projects and investments by defining the training requirements. 
• Select appropriate training providers and ensure the effective execution of training activities. 
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress toward obtaining development objectives. 
• Monitor the adequate management and optimization of internal and external training resources. 
• Prepare and manage annual budget. 
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. 
• Proactively motivate, coach, communicate with and develop his/her team and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Three (3) years' experience in a related occupation in each of the following: designing trainings for API and ISO Steel industry regulations; Learning Management Systems such as Sum Total or Success Factor; creating pivot tables, graphs, macros, and automations; analyzing and creating dashboards utilizing Power BI.

Special Requirement: Up to 25% domestic travel required to other Tenaris sites.
