Finishing NDT Lead  

LOCATION: Baytown - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS 

The Finishing Production Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership support and coordination of finishing operations within a steel manufacturing environment. This position supports production activities across Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Hydrotesting, Visual Inspection, WMS, and Band Saw operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production schedules, quality requirements, operating procedures, and customer specifications.The Production Lead serves as a key point of contact on the production floor, providing direction to employees, coordinating workflow and priorities, monitoring production performance, and communicating operational issues to supervision. The Lead maintains a strong presence on the production floor and promotes a culture of safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This position requires previous experience in a similar role and will work a rotational shift including days and nights.
