WMS Operator / Baytown, TX 

LOCATION: Baytown - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT:  INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS

Purpose

Performs the operation of Weighing, Measuring, Stenciling pipes & UV coating on seamless pipe in a safe and efficient manner following Work Instructions and Procedures while complying with Tenaris Quality standards.

Main Activities

Set up and perform equipment changeovers according to production requirements.
Review and verify work orders to ensure correct grade, band colors, and stencil information.
Monitor coating application to ensure uniformity and compliance with specified tolerances.
Confirm availability and proper usage of consumables prior to and during production.
Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and conduct preventive and routine maintenance (including PM Day activities, cleaning bander/coater, scale calibration, etc.).
Accurately update production and process information in online tracking systems.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation; assist with general housekeeping of the Finishing Line as required.
Follow all safety and quality policies to ensure a safe working environment and product integrity.
Other duties as asigned

Minimum Qualifications for the Job

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a manufacturing or finishing envronement preferred. 
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measurement tools. 
Ability to read and interpret instructions and production orders. 
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
