Industrial Planning Analyst/ Sr. Analyst -Blytheville, AR  

LOCATION: Blytheville - Arkansas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: PLANNING 

Purpose:
Carries out Industrial Engineering jobs under area of responsibility and operating information management, working on the continuous improvement of plants/processes performance. Meets the annual operation and industrial cost budget.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and analyze production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. 
• Ensure compliance with annual operational and industrial cost budgets; monitor monthly costs and verify allocations. Validate, maintain, and ensure accuracy of all production, cost, and performance data used for analysis and reporting. 
• Create homogeneous industrial models to maintain consistency in decision-making across all processes and production units. 
• Evaluate investment priorities using economic criteria and identify improvement opportunities through benchmarking and collaboration. 
• Interpret complex data, recommend actions, and interact with internal/external stakeholders with a high level of autonomy. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field.
• Microsoft Excel & Power BI
• Process optimization, time studies, and workflow analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement methodologies.
• Structured query language SQL, Microsoft Visual Basic.
• Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
•  Microsoft Office Software (Word, Power Point)
