Position:  Production Planning and Scheduling Senior Analyst

Location:  Blytheville, AR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

•    Analyze the activities involved in industrial production engineering for a steel mill, including planning, programming, and dispatch.
•    Plan mill loads in accordance with delivery schedules.
•    Ensure the production program is prepared by estimating production needs, considering plant capacity, and identifying operational constraints (such as tooling and operations sequence).
•    Ensure timely completion of production programs and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
•    Analyze required inputs for production engineering and ensure the proper operation of industrial equipment.
•    Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence to all laws and regulations that apply to area of responsibility.
•    Protect from damage, theft, or misuse of the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related technical field.
•    Two (2) years of experience in a Production Planning and Scheduling Senior Analyst related occupation in the manufacturing industry performing each of the following: conducting logical analysis of production capacity; utilizing Power Bl to monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency; and utilizing SAP ERP software.
