Performs the operation of controlling the heat treatment process, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

 

  • Performs drivers pre sets. 
  • Reads production and sequencing programs and defines the cycle changing time.
  • Monitors operative and technologic alarms and performs process adjustments.
  • Interprets specifications.
  • Takes decisions regarding quality issues.
  • Coordinates activities with other functions.
  • Updates information in the tracking systems.
