Supply Planning Analyst - Bogotá  

 

LOCATION: Bogota - Capital District  - Colombia 

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN 

 

Purpose: Consolidates the Supply Plan, supervises Inventory Management, ensures follow up information is communicated for the orders of the corresponding Production Unit (PU) in the region, monitors inbound material, and activates dispatches to customers according to the invoicing plan.
Responsibilities:
Updates a supply plan aligned with the Commitment to Deliver (CTD) as defined by Commercial Front End (CFE) in order to ensure the consolidated view of the region business.
Is involved in the Demand Planning Integrated Cycle, wherever required, giving necessary input, support and analysis for reaching Commitment to Deliver (CTD) and Commitment to Supply (CTS) levels considering the available resources.
Gives input to and assists the CFE in order to solve critical supply issues along the Supply Chain.
Executes the replenishment within the Integrated Planning Cycle, in coordination with Demand Planning area.
Is involved in the supply process to ensure that all the activities required to have the material RFD in the region are performed according to plan.
Has readily available the necessary information on the status of the orders and interacts with IT and the source areas in case of missing or anomalous information.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
