Your profile should look like this:

• A Bachelor Degreed in Engineering or Economics
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills, drive for results, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Previous experiences in strategic consulting will be considered a plus
• Previous experience with RPAs, coding and AI tools is a plus 
• Working knowledge of Russian language is considered a plus

​What will you do in your day-to-day job:

• Support senior colleagues on the analysis of market dynamics and the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄related company positioning
• Assist with the preparation/analysis of budgets/forecasts and related databases as well as presentations/documents for Senior Management
• Support with the management control analysis and reporting activities of the Business Unit
• Will have the opportunity to learn about specialized topics such as market share and competitor behavior
• Development of graphs, analysis of statistics useful for the reference area
• Tracking market news to share relevant information about activities in the energy sector.
