The first assignment will be in the Accessories and Order Management Department of a Global Business Unit.

 

Main Responsibilities:

The resource, under the supervision of an experienced leader, will be responsible for:

  • Involves in those request for quotations received from Tenaris CFE defined as complex, analyzing requirements and providing advisory to CFE in all the topics considered critical related to the complexity of the offer: logistics, deliveries, business scheme, with the objective of securing the fulfilment of what it is offered and anticipate potential problems that might appear during the execution of the business.
  • Supervises the process of Purchase Orders.
  • Supervises the operability of the order before expiration date.
  • Assures the fulfilment of purchase orders as required.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) 
  • Use of the main Windows Software (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Professional experience not exceeding two years
  • Passion for the Oil&Gas business, curiosity, analytical skills, flexibility and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
