Labor Relations Manager  

 

LOCATION: Campana - Buenos Aires  - Argentina 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

 

PURPOSE
Coordinates the administration of organizations's labor relations policies, interacting with labor unions and keeping updated labor procedures.  

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

  • Serves as a liaison between labor unions and unionized personnel supporting and counseling areas.  
  • Monitors compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements provisions or with any other corporate equivalent.  
  • Keeps Labor Union informed on disciplinary issues or eventual downsizings.  
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.  
  • Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her   area.
