We are looking for Site Manager for our wind park based in Gonzalez Chavez, Buenos Aires. The role is responsible for coordinating and controlling maintenance activities at the wind park, ensuring its process continuity.

Main Responsibilities

• Participates in the definition of maintenance policies for installations and equipment in his/her area of responsibility, and identifies/proposes improvements related to reliability, maintainability and equipment obsolescence, in line with general business policies and health, safety and environment regulations.
• Ensures the process continuity by fulfilling and optimizing maintenance plans and programs; participating in the planning of large stoppages (REX); ensuring availability and reliability of critical assets; coordinating contractors' activities; ensuring non-operational stoppages are duly performed; ensuring root-cause failure analysis on chronic and/or sporadic equipment breakdown or losses.
• Ensures the development and optimization of maintenance preventive methods to reduce maintenance workload and avoid unforeseen stoppages.
• In charge of Operations area in the research and assessment of new technologies, procedures and standards. Promotes the correct sharing and implementation of maintenance standards, procedures and best practices that apply to his/her area of responsibility. Identifies and proposes issues related to its applicability.
• Verifies and controls the proper management, cataloguing, update and sharing of all technical maintenance and operational documentation (technical specifications, procedures, operational processes, drawings, etc.)
• Controls the continuous provision of supplies and services coordinating material procurement and repairs and verifying that the stock and spares holding levels are defined according to global standards. Proposes corrective actions in case any deviation to standards.
• Proposes and manages the area Master plan for the solution of critical problems.
• Leads the systematic analysis of critical assets in order to identify and solve chronic problems, improve their availability, reliability and cost, and facilitate preventive maintenance activities.
• Verifies the proper management, update and use of Maintenance and Operations information systems, in order to support the decision-making process.
• Ensures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices.
• Participates in the definition of the area budget and controls its proper execution, detecting any deviations to standards and proposing corrective actions.
• Fosters the implementation of maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy and promotes improvement actions in general, including interventions on employees' behavior, in order to decrease all resources consumption waste.
• Ensures contribution from a technical perspective in the analysis and solution of highly complex issues in the area of specialty.

What are we looking for?

· Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· At least 7 years of experience working in similar roles in maintenance and/or wind park projects.

· We are looking for candidates with availability to work in our wind park based in Gonzalez Chavez, Buenos Aires. We offer interesting relocation package for those candidates willing to relocate.

· Intermediate level of English.
