Warehouse Analyst (3 Month Contract)
LOCATION: Camrose
DEPARTMENT: Operations
CONTRACT: 3 months
Purpose: Coordinates and monitors quality control activities in the spare parts and raw material warehouses ensuring that incoming materials comply with quality conditions defined in the standards and purchase orders, ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Generates a safe work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures that incoming materials comply with quality conditions defined in the standards and in purchase orders.
- Ensures compliance with quality standards, controlling quality certificates and keeping warehouses quality system updated.
- Ensures internal customer satisfaction by dealing with claims arising from returns and customers dissatisfaction regarding product quality.
- Ensures the application and development of safety standards and practices and compliance with environmental practices/legislation.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Experience/Education:
- Pervious industry experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of operational activities and supply chain best practices.
- Good knowledge of software such as SAP, IFS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
