Studies: Degree in Engineering or a related field. Skills/Competencies: Strong networking abilities. Excellent customer orientation and service mindset. In-depth business knowledge and understanding of key industry practices. Expertise in process improvement and efficiency optimization. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Languages: Proficient in English (B2+ or higher, to be evaluated). Travel Availability: Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required.
As an HR Analyst or Senior HR Analyst, you will act as a key business partner, gaining in-depth knowledge of the assigned processes to develop and implement solutions related to talent management, employee development, compensation, workforce planning, benefits, and other core HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: -Supporting talent acquisition and development efforts across all job categories (SFE, TL, and PR). -Reviewing and proposing training initiatives aligned with the current business needs and objectives. -Assisting in the implementation of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) action plans within designated areas. -Preparing and delivering employee reports to managers, offering actionable insights. -Contributing to audit processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards. -Analyzing and interpreting HR data to recommend effective courses of action on key HR topics. -Ensuring staff are assigned appropriate job titles and position classifications, in line with corporate guidelines. -Providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process for new hires in the assigned area. -Assisting in the design and optimization of organizational structures, ensuring alignment with corporate policies. -Collaborating in the preparation of the HR budget by providing relevant data and analysis. - Travel to internal client locations. -Safeguarding company facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse. -Adhering to company policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the area of responsibility.
