Industrial Global Trainee
LOCATION: Cartagena
DEPARTMENT: Operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution and follow-up of operational and industrial projects.
• Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
• Participate in planning and coordinating resources to ensure operational efficiency and continuity.
• Assist in the management and control of budgets, materials, and services related to operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and resource optimization.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Participate in projects related to innovation, sustainability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business and operational objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 0 to 4 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in industrial environments is a plus, particularly in areas such as Operations, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Power BI is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of commitment, leadership potential, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
