We are currently looking for:

 

Supply Chain Analyst (Global Trainee Program)

The Global Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leader in Tenaris. It is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotation, mentoring session, and practical on-the-job experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with bachelor degree up to 3 of years Job Experience.
  • Having experience in Supply Chain production planning or inventory management is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
  • Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
  • Good team player, resilience, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
  • Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint. etc.)

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops specific projects either in supply chain areas or related technical areas.
  • Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
  • Involve in inventory management activities
  • Contributes in the follow up of order processing procedure compliance and ensures real time order tracking.
  • Sequence the orders the mill needs to produce each month and assures all consumables are available for production.
  • Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
  • In-depth learning of core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities. Learns about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
  • Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
