HR Analytics Sr. Analyst  

LOCATION: City of Buenos Aires - City of Buenos Aires  - Argentina 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

EXPECTED OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports transformation projects by analyzing Human Resources processes with the objective of improving HR systems usage, process quality and agility;
• Assists in HR reporting, as well as relevant HR dashboards development, corrective actions and control;
• Builds and maintains predictive modeling projects for Human Resources needs using programming languages and modeling techniques;
• Assists in the review of Human Resources processes identifying improvement opportunities. Executes improvement actions understanding the impact and feasibility of the changes;
• Assists in the development of ad-hoc reporting to support decision making processes in HR and in the business.

 
WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
• English are required. Spanish will facilitate communication with the team (for candidates based in Brazil);
• Previous hands-on experience building predictive models through statistical modeling techniques;
• Experience with one or more data analysis packages or databases (eg. SPSS, SAS, R, Python, VBA, SQL);
• Experience using visualization tools to present insights (eg. Power BI) and data storytelling;
• Strong numerical reasoning skills and ability to work in a highly multicultural team.

IT´S GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience or interest in HR processes, products and indicators;
• Understanding about HR systems (eg. SAP, Success Factors).
