Human Resources Global Trainee - Buenos Aires, Retiro  

LOCATION: City of Buenos Aires - City of Buenos Aires  - Argentina 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

PURPOSE

Supports transformation projects by analyzing Human Resources processes with the objective of improving HR systems usage, process quality and agility.

Promotes a learning culture and creates innovative and useful programs for their immediate implementation within the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

Assists in the review of Human Resources processes identifying improvement opportunities. Executes improvement actions understanding the impact and feasibility of the changes.

Helps in the preparation of reports / analysis requested by the line managers / HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.

Assists in HR reporting as well as relevant dashboards development, corrective actions and control.

Collaborates in the People Review Process, analyzing Talent Pool and providing support to HR development activities.

Analyzes training needs and collaborates with the design, development and monitoring of training programs according with the position, area and personnel development plans.

Collaborates to maintain updated position class evaluations, job catalogue and job descriptions according with managers requirements or structure modifications within the company.
