About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst / Specialist / Leader to join our IT Business Solutions team (Time Management process). This role is central to supporting and evolving the Time Management capabilities used across Tenaris worldwide.
As Tenaris accelerates its digital transformation, you will play a key part in major initiatives, including our upcoming Kronos Cloud upgrade and new regional implementations. This is a unique opportunity to influence core HR/Operations processes at global scale, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and drive value through technology.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and enhance Kronos/UKG solutions across multiple Tenaris sites.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Participate in and help lead the migration to Kronos Cloud, including testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Support new regional rollouts, ensuring alignment with global Time Management standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and IT partners to improve existing processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance of Time Management processes and data.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid understanding of Time & Attendance, work rules, accruals, and scheduling processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments or large-scale rollouts is a plus.
 Nice to have:
  • Experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
  • Experience with API integrations, data flows, and cross‑system troubleshooting.
  • Ability to use SQL for querying and analyzing time‑related data.
