It Business Solutions Analyst/ Sr Analyst/ Specialist/ Leader  

LOCATION: City of Buenos Aires - City of Buenos Aires  - Argentina 

DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 

PURPOSE: IT commercial business process referent customer oriented to work with CFE/BUCO area by enhancing the operation efficiency driven by key business indicators as well as implementing new features within the main applications (SMP, Dynamics & SAP) supporting Commercial Process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business processes: in-depth understanding of the commercial process (internal & external) focused on TS customers and CFE/BUCO to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Work with user leaders across all commercial Business Units.
• IT commercial process referent to support other teams / projects in comply to the corresponding business models.
• Backlog management of new requirements / operation issues and developments related to the processes and tools under his/her responsibility.
• Coordinate commercial process and tools improvements based on efficiency and key business indicators considering other non-commercial areas (Supply Planning, REPL, SOOA, OE, Rig Direct Logistics, Invoicing,  Planning & Norms).
• Generate functional definitions for the development and test activities.
• Commercial tools adoption follow up and user training (if applicable).
• Work with an agile methodology, but also interact with other Tenaris’ teams that are not working with agile and keep them both aligned within the area initiatives and objectives.

SPECIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: 

• Carrer: systems engineering, degree in systems, electronic engineering, industrial engineering/bachelor of Business Administration/Degree in Economics with IT experience.
• Exclusive requirement: knowledge of SAP.
