DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 

Principales responsabilidades:

• Soporte de SuccessFactors, que es una aplicación en la nube que utiliza Recursos Humanos para gestionar procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección de personal.
• Tareas de Soporte del Sistema de Vacaciones y Licencias y del Sistema de Programas Flexibles de Trabajo que utilizan los empleados.
• Las tareas de soporte implican interacción con usuarios de Recursos Humanos, y con los diferentes proveedores de soporte de los sistemas involucrados. Generalmente mediante sistema de tickets.
