Title: On Site Support Analyst / Senior Analyst / Specialist / Leader
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, with technical knowledge on microcomputing field, to join our team and contribute to some of our major projects related to the challenges of end-users support. This position will work closely with the IT and Support areas across all regions. Main Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in initiatives and projects, both within the support area and from technology areas, communicating and following up with the regions.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to end-user support to define next steps to improve the service.
• Participate in the implementation and review of processes and definition of global actions.
• Coordinate the On-Site support service in Argentina, visiting the locations, giving main attention to incidents and requirements of senior officials.
• Manages physical assets verifying appropriate inventory recording.
