PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Actualizar y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de KPI mensuales y dashboards para el proceso de Reclutamiento.
- Analizar tendencias y ponerse en contacto con otras regiones cuando surgen inconsistencias.
- Análisis de oportunidades de mejora de nuestro proceso y seguimiento de inconvenientes relacionados con el área de IT.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento al proceso de evaluación de GTs
REQUISITOS
- Interés en el área de RRHH. Perfil con conocimientos en herramientas informáticas que permitan automatizar los procesos.
- Interés en mejorar y automatizar los procesos y tareas actuales; adaptabilidad y flexibilidad; sentido de criticidad y urgencia; ganas de aprender; perfil orientado a la mejora continua, autónomo, proactivo e independiente.
- Requerido conocimiento en Excel y deseable de Power Bi.
- Carreras: Ingeniería Industrial, Contador Publico, Administración de Empresas, economía, negocios digitales.
