Talent Attraction Analyst/Sr. Analyst  

LOCATION: City of Buenos Aires - City of Buenos Aires  - Argentina 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

PURPOSE
Supervises the recruitment and selection of the most qualified human resources for Tenaris, attracting promising job applicants according to the positions requisitions necessary to cover Tenaris' vacancies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Ensures a uniform and consistent application of R&S practices and procedures in the region.
Performs the Human Resources recruitment process to cover positions along the region.
Evaluates and hires key services suppliers.
Manages the curricula base up to date.
Manages the Internship Program, incorporing students to give them the opportunity to interact with the industrial reality.
Provides support to the area by performing quality surveys
Ensures the preparation of reports / analysis requested by the line managers / HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.
 

SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCIE

Experience / Seniority Requirements: 3 to 5 years in similar positions

Advanced level of English

SAP SuccessFactors (desirable)
