📢 TenarisUniversity Analyst/Sr. AnalystAt Tenaris, we are looking to an Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join TenarisUniversity and support our global learning ecosystem.

🎯 Purpose

This role supports and optimizes TenarisUniversity global processes and digital learning tools, ensuring effective implementation, smooth operation and continuous improvement of learning solutions across regions.You will act as a key operational link between Global TenarisUniversity, HR, IT and TU regional teams, contributing to the evolution of our learning model at a global level.

🚀 Main Challenges

• Provide functional support and drive continuous improvement for the TenarisUniversity Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital learning tools.
• Manage training structures in alignment with global standards and corporate definitions.
• Support regions and global schools in the implementation of global learning solutions, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Participate in global projects related to LMS evolution, training processes and digital learning transformation.
• Work closely with IT teams to enhance the learning technology ecosystem.
• Contribute to global reporting and training analytics, supporting performance monitoring and data-driven decision making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and proactively propose improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate in global coordination meetings and follow up on action items with multiple stakeholders across regions.
