Rotating Shifts, 12 Hours

Purpose:

Performs pipe visual and dimensional inspector at the beginning of the process, in a safe and effecient manner according to applicable procesures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensures instruments are in good condition checking their expiration date and correct functioning.

- Carries out pipe unloading.

- Controls pipes at the entry.

- Performs pipe straightness visual control.

- Performs pipe dimensional inspection.

- Interprets specifications.

- Identifies pipes in accordance to the production order.

- Performs quality reports of pipes notifying the defects found.

- Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
