Fondazione Dalmine is seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team for the Promotion of Industrial Culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in subjects related to industrial culture, with a focus on labor culture, environment, business ethics, and safety. This role requires strong teaching skills and a deep understanding of industrial culture and its implications.

Responsibilities:

1.    Develop and implement educational programs focused on industrial culture, covering topics such as labor culture, environmental impact, business ethics, and safety practices.
2.    Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and community members.
3.    Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences and promote critical thinking and discussion.
4.    Provide guidance and support to students, facilitating their understanding of complex industrial concepts and their practical applications.
5.    Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessments, and educational resources aligned with program goals and objectives.
6.    Stay updated on industry trends, research, and best practices in industrial culture education, integrating new knowledge into instructional strategies.
7.    Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events to promote awareness and understanding of industrial culture within the community.
8.    Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, respect, and collaboration among students and participants.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Industrial Studies, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2.    Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in subjects related to industrial culture.
3.    Strong knowledge and understanding of labor culture, environmental issues, business ethics, and safety practices in the industrial sector.
4.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
5.    Effective organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
6.    Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of learners and educational programs.
