Job Title:  Project Management 

Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for defining and coordinating new developments and changes to work plans in line with established objectives within their area of responsibility. The primary goal is to ensure the accomplishment of expected due dates for projects and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the completion of projects and the quality of implemented software, ensuring the effective coordination and control of activities and personnel assigned to each project.

• Proactively identify and address potential problems or delays that may arise during project execution.

• Drive the accomplishment of the IT plan and business objectives, including the generation, administration, and control of project budgets. Implement cost control and project management tools to ensure efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.

• Facilitate User Training Programs to ensure that all users are equipped to fully leverage the features and capabilities of the implemented systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with broader business objectives and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
