Title:  Sales Manager - Power Generation

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the Power Generation sector. This role will be crucial in developing long-term relationships with customers, maximizing revenue potential, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and a proven track record in sales strategy and customer relationship management.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the sales plan within the Power Generation sector to maximize sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute marketing strategies and develop new approaches, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
  • Work with the Inside Sales department to define sales objectives, pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Create and manage a Long-Term Fidelity Program with customers to achieve progressive service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback on new products and services and work closely with the Technical Sales department to evaluate opportunities for new product development.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly within the Power Generation or energy sector.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience in coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
