Knowledge about welded pipes (ERW and/or LSAW/SSAW)
Type of pipes produced:
   Mainly Structural (less important)
   Mainly API pipes (very important)
   Mainly Automotive (very important)
Contact with external clients for discussion on technical queries. Is used to attend pre- production meetings.
Is used to collect and analyze data and move from problem solving to preventive guidelines to avoid production bottlenecks
Know NDT techniques or has any Level certified
Manages Welding codes like ASME VIII, ASME IX, API 1104, ASME B31
Manage international pipe related standards like API 5L, API 5CT, DNV
Knowledge for Welding Procedures Specifications and Qualification
Knowledge about common Heat Treatment processes like Quenching and Tempering, Annealing, Normalizing, etc
Background in Metallurgy and Materials
Knowledge about Steelmaking and Rolling
Knowledge in data analytics
Management of CAD and 3D software
Describe the working teams he has managed: Educational level, Quanty of members, main projects and achievements.
Participation in Welding, Materials or NDT associations, like AWS, ASNT, ASM, etc.
Participation in any R&D project
