Title:  LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ANALYST

Purpose

• Owner of Yard Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities by receiving customer requests from the commercial front end and ensuring timely delivery of the correct products.
• Manage logistics execution by providing operational instructions to yards and carriers and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Monitor and control delivery performance to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Process inventory transactions in SAP, including receipts, dispatches, transformations, and returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining correct product quantities and descriptions in SAP.
• Reconcile inventory levels across all third-party yards holding company stock.
• Execute Net Billing activities, including processing calculators and SAP postings required for the Yard Net Invoicing scheme.
• Lead Yard Execution projects related to:
  • New third-party yard implementations.
  • System implementations and upgrades.
  • New customer service requirements.
  • Logistics optimization initiatives.
• Safeguard facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area, preventing damage, theft, and misuse.

English proficiency is mandatory and will be assessed as part of the selection process: Reading, Listening, Writing
and Speaking.
Experience in logistics, inventory management. Field Services (desirable, not mandatory).
Strong customer orientation, flexibility and willing to learn.
