Service Execution Analyst - Guyana

Education:   Technical degree or Bachelor's in administrative areas or related fields.

Experience: 1-3 years in similar positions

Technical Skills: Knowledge in inventory control and logistics processes.Proficiency in invoicing systems and discrepancy identification.Ability to interpret and generate operational reports.SAP Knowledge, Microsoft 365 (Strong Excel, also Power BI, Power apps, Power Automate)

Soft Skills: Customer orientation and strong interpersonal relations.Attention to detail and critical analysis.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple prioritiesOthers:  Availability for mobility (preferably with a personal vehicle). 

Purpose

To conduct stock level check and provide accurate information to allow shipping plan definition to assure customer operation. To issue operative documents to guarantee the flow of resources to the rigs. To support invoicing process accordingly.

Main Responsibilities

Invoice Management & Control: manage the invoicing process by:  Assisting customer during the issuance of invoicing documents (invoices, debit and/or credit notes) providing the correct information and revising invoice flow. Issuing relevant controls and reports of each invoicing operation. Verifying material register at applicable systems.

Stock Check & Logistic Plan: monitor customer stock level and ensure loading/ unloading schedule by:  Performing operative visits and physical checks at ports and warehouses, when is required.  Checking stock level at customer warehouse and consolidating information with stock availability at the service base;  Performing inventory reconciliation, verifying any discrepancy;  Verifying that tube inventory is being controlled by tracking movements in the system and identifies the deviations;  Listing and detailing all material needed (pipe and tools) for customer operation and share with the service base, in time and manner, to support the shipping plan;  Analyzing the loading/unloading program, verifying priorities to optimize time and resources;  Taking into account the customer needs, requesting tools and materials in advance, in order to avoid process delays;  Preparing and issuing operative documents to allow the loading/unloading of the resources in the rig;  Supporting return activity after customer operation, through the sharing of information with service base.
