Supplier, Payments, and Billing Administrator
LOCATION: GeorgeTown - Demerara-Mahica - Guyana
DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN
Purpose:
Performs, on an accurate and timely basis, the day-to-day processing ofvendor invoice payments, as well as other payments due, in compliancewith internal controls and procedures.
Relevant Experience: 1-3 years experience in supplier management, payments processing, and billing.
Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degreed in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years xperience in supplier management, payments processing, and billing.
Technical Skills/Attributes: Knowledge of payment processing systems and billing software.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Understanding of procurement processes. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to generate financial reports and perform reconciliations.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (SAP) Microsoft 365 (Strong Excel, also Power BI, Power apps, Power Automate)
