Coiled Tubes Services Operator  

LOCATION: Houston - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE - MECHANIC / ELECTRIC 

Performs mechanic and electric advanced maintenance inspections, diagnosis, repairs and equipment improvements, providing permanent support in emergencies, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards. 

Main Activities: 

• Inspects, diagnoses, and performs mechanic and electric repairs, replacements and upgrades. 

• Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness. 

• Participate in the failure analysis, establishing the problems' root cause and taking actions to avoid repetitions. 

• Intervenes in sensors control loops. 

• Disassembles and assembles complex mechanical components. 

• Carries out low and mid voltage panels repairs and electrical motor speed controls. 

• Interprets electrical and mechanical drawings. 

• Carries out crane inspection, diagnosis, and repair. 

• Verifies and ensures the availability of resources and spare parts needed for the execution of programmed tasks. 

• Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications. 

• Executes machine lockouts and tag outs. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude 

• Strong Mechanical and Hydraulic Troubleshoot Skills
• Electrical troubleshoot skills using test meters to diagnose in electrical circuit 

• Familiar with operating a forklift 

• Familiar with operating an overhead crane 

• Ability to use and read Calipers and Micrometers 

• Ability to Align pumps to motors or a series of gearboxes 

• Flexible Schedule including nights and / or weekend work 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Familiar with reading blueprints and laying out fabrication jobs 

• Previous Experience working in SAP PM
