Communication Co-Op Intern - Houston, Texas 

Purpose:

The intern will contribute to the Communications Department processes while learning, training, and improving skills in that particular area in order to gain a profound understanding of processes, products, and services. The ability to work full-time (less than 40 hours per week) and be scheduled at the assigned location during the internship program. Hours will switch to part-time (less than 20 hours per week) when enrolled in fall classes.

Main Responsibilities:

• The intern will primarily be responsible for creating dedicated content development (design, writing, etc.), as well as publishing on some of our existing channels to our south offices region.
• Cooperates in the development of new opportunities by identifying areas for improvement.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence to all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft, or misuse the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Required Skills:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Creative Media.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to multi-task.
