MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Direct and execute the Industrial Management Control procedure including Industrial Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and monthly cost management control.
  • Manage information flow among industrial IT systems, ensuring the correct application of company management guidelines.
  • Develop tools to identify improvement opportunities to increase facility competitiveness.
  • Analyze monthly performance, identify deviations and work together with production and maintenance departments to define corrective actions.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and feasibility.
  • Define with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering departments the best feasible improvement opportunities by identifying problems, collaborating on defining solutions, and economic evaluation of the solution.
  • Develop the manufacturing industrial budget. Annual production budget includes: facility-working regime based on sales forecast, required headcount based on working regime, new performance targets (machines utilization, schedule maintenance, quality indicators, processes yield, etc.), energy consumption models, and the manufacturing cost.
  • Lead continuous improvement groups to improve manufacturing processes and reduce production cost.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Six (6) years' experience in a related occupation in the manufacturing industry performing each of the following: planning targets scope and objectives based on annual budget commitments, deliverables, and milestones for continuous improvement projects using Lead, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile; identifying available resources within continuous improvement teams to define action plans, due dates, and establish progress follow-up; managing project information systems by updating databases and dashboards; performing KPIs management control and data analytics using Power BI; and monitoring and evaluating project progress and performance using Power BI and Power apps.
