Legal Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Houston, TX  

 

LOCATION: Houston - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: OTHERS 

 

Purpose:
Collaborates on the support and assistance on legal issues affecting Tenaris interests for the legal protection for its financial, commercial and industrial activities.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

 

  • Foresees legal contingencies that may affect corporate interests, making and reviewing all sort of business contracts, reports, agreements and legal documents. Verifies the legal framework within which the operations of the company and its subsidiaries must be carried out. Participates and provides advise on legal issues involved in internal rules and policies and timely responds to legal queries made by the several company areas.
  • Provide administrative support, review contracts and NDAs.
  • Draft board resolutions and correspondence.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
