Purpose

 

Designs, develops and monitors training programs according with the position, area and personnel development plans. Promotes a learning culture and creates innovative and useful programs for their immediate implementation within the organization.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and create micro-learnings, workshops, and a Soft Skill Training Program for leadership and professional development, incorporating development tools to enhance skills and foster growth.                                                                                     
  • Develop a training program to enhance managers' understanding of essential HR processes, equipping them to manage and support their teams more effectively.                                                                                                                                                  
  • Lead global training campaigns for Shift Leaders, including scheduling, follow-up, and coordination.                                                                                                                                                      
  • Develop and deploy tools for Technical Leader Development, including the Management Toolkit, with classroom and coaching resources designed to address key leadership development gaps and foster continuous growth.                                       
  • Lead a Cross-Functional Collaboration Initiative to improve collaboration across departments by enhancing employees' understanding of key processes and identifying essential local stakeholders.                                                                                      
  • Develop a Respectful Workplace & Diversity program using interactive e-learning and classroom training, incorporating unconscious bias cases.                                                                                                                                                   
  • Design and implement a training program on organizational standards and compliance, with a focus on guidelines for financial practices and purchasing procedures.                                                                                                                                      
  • Lead Training Initiatives and Oversee Project Progress for the Global Trainee Program, developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance the effectiveness of in-person learning sessions.       
  •  Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  •  Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

 

Key Knowledge: 

  • Excel: Experience with vlookups, pivots, data mangement
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Rise Articulate 360
  • Power BI
