Title: Reporting Manager
About the role
Responsible for coordinating global reporting activities and ensuring the timely
delivery of consolidated statutory and management financial information, while
maintaining consistency in the implementation of corporate accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensures the timely issuance of consolidated statutory and management
financial information for regulatory authorities.
2. Oversees consistency in the implementation of corporate policies at global
level.
3. Optimizes management processes by coordinating, defining, analyzing, and
leading all reporting-related activities as required.
4. Ensures accounting information is provided for global consolidation to
support the Company's legal entities.
5. Ensure the Company's policy or procedure related to financial area applied
within team or cross functions impacted.
6. Provides local support to the Legal Department.
7. Complies with company policies, procedures, and management standards,
and ensures adherence to all applicable laws and regulations within the area
of responsibility.
8. Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with, and develops team
members, and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources
norms and procedures.
9. Protects company facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned
to the area from damage, theft, or misuse.
Requirements
1. A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar financial control role, preferably in
the manufacturing and logistics industry.
3. Professional certification in Accounting/Tax is an advantage.
4. Experienced in Big 4 Accounting Firms would be in advantage.
5. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, consolidation processes,
and corporate accounting principles.
6. Solid understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance
frameworks.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret
complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
8. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering financial
performance targets.
9. Proficient in financial management systems and reporting tools.
10. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
