We are currently looking for:

 

Sales Representative

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years  experience in Commercial area of Oil & Gas industry, preferred for OCTG and Line pipe business. Experienced in managing oil & gas accounts in Indonesia is an advantage.
  • Having understanding of Indonesia oil and Gas tender protocol (i.e., PTK 007, A7-001/PHE, etc) 
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related studies.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and order management process.
  • Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, effective communication skill, meticulous and detailed oriented.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Power point, access, etc.) and SAP.
  • Able for working independently

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional relationship with key customers.
  • Understand customers' strategic buying strategy.
  • Defines the offer presented to the customer and performs the price definition of it.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to contract/tender process.
  • Accountable for the previsions and bookings, as well as develops the forecast with customers.
  • Focal point to ensure order placed and invoiced properly.
  • Responsible for the acceptance of the business (LTAs signing and contract review).
  • Responsible for the Take-Out Reception, validating item against agreement, and working out discrepancies if necessary.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
