Communications Senior Representative
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Employee and Marketing Communications activities by executing internal and advertising campaigns through the most effective communications vehicles.
- Executes Employee and Marketing Communications activities and projects such as exhibitions, printed, e-materials and internet portals update for each Business Units.
- Writes preliminary articles to promote Company activities with employees and the community and to promote Company products and services.
- Executes measurements according to the established criteria, to monitor and effectively evaluate Employee and Marketing Communications programs.
- Executes surveys and focus groups in order to evaluate communications activities.
- Collecting data to monitoring the Company's image and reputation that different stakeholders have.
- Executes continuous checks over brand applications in the Employee and Marketing Communication activities.
- Be in contact with local providers and monitoring their performance.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
