MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

Supervise and maintain the organization's software applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
Plan and coordinate the full life-cycle process required to provide users with applications and systems needed for business operations.
Lead and assist on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of information and software systems.
Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy new applications, system software, and products.
Design, develop, and install application enhancements and upgrades to existing applications throughout the company.
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new applications under deployment or consideration to ensure functionality and adherence to standards, norms, and best practices.
Ensure that any new software integration into the company system meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
Collaborate in the testing of new software programs and applications.
Coordinate feasibility studies for software and system products under consideration for purchase, and provide advice based on findings.
Ensure applications meet business requirements and systems goals.
Identify and resolve system issues.
Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse, while complying with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or closely related field.
Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation in the steel manufacturing industry performing each of the following: customizing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules; customizing Transport Management Systems and Gate Control logistic systems; and utilizing Power BI reporting and analytics

Special Requirement: Up to 30% domestic travel required to other Tenaris sites.
