Position: Maintenance Planning Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
• Coordinates and controls the maintenance planning and management control activities.
• Supports decentralized maintenance areas in the budget preparation, definition and execution Process.
• Manages and assures availability of maintenance KPIs.
• Ensures the development and control of standard and ad-hoc reports in order to support the decision-making process of different areas.
• Supports Management in the draw up and definition of the Master Plan and the annual economic and technical budget.
• Ensures the preparation of the annual shutdown budget and plan scheduled repairs (regular and annual) in accordance with the production plans and maintenance strategies.
• Ensures the alignment of the annual maintenance budget with corporate policies and strategies.
• Supports decentralized areas in the budget preparation, definition and execution process.
• Ensures availability of maintenance KPIs, by developing and updating the proper systems.
• Ensures the development and control of standard and ad-hoc reports in order to support the decision-making process.
• Administers and supervises maintenance contracts in order to ensure reliability of installations and equipment.
• Ensures the development and control of the technical specifications of the contracts, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Coordinates and controls the maintenance scheduled activities, in order to standardize and optimize them.
• Participates in the development of maintenance management systems and supports actions as required.
• Ensures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices.
• To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process.
• Implement the preventive/corrective actions.
• Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a closely related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in a related occupation working in a manufacturing facility as a maintenance planner, maintenance specialist or maintenance manager performing each of the following: execution and planning of scheduled outages; guiding and mentoring supervisors in the use of SAP PM modules and implementation of maintenance system; failure analysis; tribology; critical equipment analysis and implementation of KPI in order to utilize the maintenance system.
Special Requirement: Up to 5% domestic and 5% international travel required to visit other Tenaris sites.
